The truck loader is composed of horizontal belt conveyor, bag unloading mechanism, end chute and intermediate chute, etc. The frame of the horizontal belt conveyor adopts a steel plate bending structure, which is both aesthetically pleasing and robust. The drive unit employs a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, saving floor space. The tensioning method is central vertical screw tensioning. The bag unloading mechanism consists of three parts: a swing arm vertical belt conveyor, an electric push rod and a support frame. When cement bags are not required to be unloaded from the intermediate position, the vertical belt conveyor stays at the side of the packing belt conveyor. When cement bags need to be unloaded from the intermediate position, the electric push rod pulls the vertical belt conveyor to swing it into a longitudinally crossing position with the packing belt conveyor, and the vertical belt conveyor is started. Limit switches are provided at the two swing positions of the vertical belt conveyor, and its positioning in working and non-working states is achieved by the limit switches. The specially designed chute enables cement bags to fall exactly onto the center of the subsequent belt conveyor.
