In collaboration with Changzhou University, Yawei Machinery has undertaken a research project focused on improving the performance stability and service life of powder material discharge valves under harsh operating conditions. The joint research team has conducted technical breakthroughs in raw material selection, product structural design, and the selection of wear-prone components, culminating in the development of a new type of powder material discharge device.

The valve core is manufactured from manganese steel and, after precision machining, undergoes a specialized coating treatment on surfaces that come into contact with the material. This results in a smooth, wear-resistant surface, significantly extending the wear life of both the valve core and the sealing elements. The device is equipped with a pneumatic actuator, reducing the total opening and closing cycle time to less than 3 seconds. Additionally, a high-precision electrical potentiometer control device is employed, utilizing a 4–20 mA analog signal for regulation, which greatly enhances both the response speed and the regulating precision during operation.
