Nantong Yawei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of building materials machinery, primarily producing auxiliary equipment for cement production lines, including silo equipment, conveying systems, valves, bulk loaders, and more. Backed by superior product quality and attentive customer service, the company has earned a strong reputation in both domestic and international markets. In the first quarter alone, it secured approximately 100 new contracts, totaling RMB 15 million in value. Currently, the blanking workshop and the valve workshop are operating at full capacity to meet surging customer demand.

To seize opportunities presented by the evolving industrial landscape and achieve high-quality development, Nantong Yawei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has actively responded to government policies by undertaking large-scale equipment upgrades since last year. The company has invested over RMB 4 million in upgrading its sheet metal fabrication equipment, resulting in a 30% increase in process efficiency. During a recent visit to the workshop, reporters observed a robotic bending station in operation, with its mechanical arm performing flexibly and precisely. A task that previously required four workers can now be completed by just one, boosting productivity by 50% and enabling the completion of up to 200 workpieces per day.

Mr. Wang Jinfeng, General Manager of the company, noted that the intelligent retrofit has not only improved production efficiency but also reduced labor costs and machining errors, while further enhancing product consistency and reliability. Against the backdrop of industry-wide trends toward intelligence, green development, and unmanned operations, Nantong Yawei has demonstrated a clear trajectory toward smart solutions in cement production line equipment. For instance, the company's independently developed AI vision-recognition bulk loader and unattended truck-loading system have been widely acclaimed by customers for their exceptional precision. Mr. Wang further stated that the company remains committed to innovation-driven development, empowering traditional equipment with smart technologies to continuously sharpen its competitive edge. To further expand production capacity and strengthen competitiveness, the company plans to invest an additional RMB 10 million in the second half of the year to construct a new 7,000-square-meter plant and install a new laser cutting system. By upgrading critical equipment, the company aims to boost labor productivity, reduce production costs, build a green factory, and achieve sustainable development. In 2024, the company's annual output value reached RMB 100 million, with a target of RMB 150 million for 2025.
