The block crushing valve can be installed horizontally or vertically at the feed end of the discharge equipment at the discharge outlet, such as the front of the flow regulating valve or the pneumatic shut-off valve. When large lumps appear in the material, the crushing valve can crush them immediately to prevent these large lumps from blocking the passage of the discharge valve and ensure smooth discharge. The rotor of the crushing valve is equipped with radially arranged crushing claws, which push the block material through the grid and crush it. The operation safety of the block crushing valve is guaranteed by the motor speed detection device integrated in the electric control box. When some block materials in the material cannot be broken and the rotor is stuck, the speed detection device will alarm and automatically reverse , to push away the unbroken block material and then make forward rotation. When both forward rotation and reverse rotation are stuck, the special crushing valve for cement plants will automatically stop and wait for the fault to be eliminated before running.
