2. Structure

3. Working principle

The inflatable box is blown into high-pressure air by the Roots blower. After the material enters the box, it is fluidized by the gasification of the inflatable box at the bottom of the box, and then fully stirred by the action of the stirring shaft blade in the box. The material overflows from the outlet. Due to the full fluidization of the material in the mixing tank and the overflow structure of the material, the slag in the material will be deposited at the bottom of the mixing tank. When the mixer needs to be shut down after working for a certain period of time, it should be cleared from the slag removal port at the lower part of the side of the mixing box. The electric control can be configured with a DCS interface to facilitate remote operation of the central control. The equipment cuts the material more than 1,800 times per minute on the cross-section, and then participates in the combination of new material components with the smallest unit, repeatedly and continuously mixing in the machine for many times, and finally achieves the purpose of uniform composition and composition. This product is suitable for the mixing of separately ground cement components and the mixing of multi-component fine powders of other powdery materials.
