Installation method of air chute:

1. Lockdown caused by insufficient transport capacity

Since the locking accessories can only be hit with a hammer on the chute shell, the chute shell will be recessed inward, and the more recessed the locking accessories are, the easier it is to block, forming a vicious circle. The delivery angle is increased from 7 degrees to 11 degrees, and the finished product storage chute is increased from 6 degrees to 8 degrees, which completely solves the locking phenomenon caused by the limitation of conveying capacity.

2. Locking due to unreasonable structure

Pneumatic conveying should try to avoid auxiliary material hedging, high-altitude vertical auxiliary material feeding and continuous bending. The above unreasonable structure will cause the auxiliary material to fail to reach the initial speed, thus causing the auxiliary material to be blocked. The handling method when the above structure is problematic is as follows.

1) The finished product chute reduces the hedging transformation of accessories, and changes the original "t-type" to "y-type".

2) There are many bends to the milling chute, the initial speed cannot be reached, and the auxiliary materials are accumulated and blocked, and the bending of the chute is reduced in 2 places through transformation.

3) Put the coarse powder into the grinding tank, and change the supply of auxiliary materials at a vertical angle of 9m by 45 to reduce the impact of auxiliary materials.
