Precautions when using aggregate bulk machine:

1. When the bulk head descends and the wire rope is slack, the hoist should stop to avoid the failure of the wire rope too messy. If the indicator light still does not light up when it falls to the specified position during operation, it means that the slack rope switch is out of order, and it is necessary to stop the feeding and improve it for maintenance.

2. When operating, be sure to align the discharge pipe with the mouth of the tank to avoid overflow accidents.

3. When loading, if there is heavy dust and the unloading is not smooth, the unloading should be stopped, but the bulk head cannot be lifted immediately. Aggregate bulk machine

4. If the material overflows, stop feeding, dust the suction pipe, and lift the bulk head after the accumulated material is discharged. If the feeding tube is not flexible, it can be freely stretched by adjusting the length of the wire rope.

5. If there is no signal when the material level is full, stop feeding immediately and lift the bulk head. If it is full, it is a control failure and needs to be repaired immediately.
