Product Description

Ⅰ、Brief introduction

　　This bar valve is newly developed under the demand of process in respect of transportation control and feed of mid-sized solid and massive material in the field of building material, metallurgy, mining and other industries. It is applicable for controlling materials≤50mm.

Ⅱ、Structure features

　　This valve has simple structure, easy to operate without blocking. It overcomes big opening and closing force even closing failure due to big size of material particles. As the valve uses single bar operation, so the operation is convenient, flexible. The overall structure is high quality steel welding, nice rigidity and no deformation. Moreover, it has long service life and no need to repair. Therefore, it is ideal equipment for controlling small and medium crystalline bulk material.

Ⅲ、Working principle

　　This valve is mainly composed of frame and bar. Inserting the bars into the frame forms a group of parallel grid plate which blocks the massive material on gate side. If take one bar out of grid plate, then there is a large gap, so the material can enter into other side of gate via this gap. The number of bars to be taken out depends on the process requirement.
