The pneumatic butterfly valve is an industrial valve driven by a pneumatic actuator as its core power source. Product Definition
The pneumatic butterfly valve is an integrated device combining a pneumatic actuator with a butterfly valve body. Based on the lever transmission principle, it receives pneumatic signals (0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air) to drive the disc to rotate within the valve body (0° to 90°): In the fully closed position, the disc is perpendicular to the flow passage, blocking the media; in the fully open position, the disc is parallel to the flow passage, allowing media to pass straight through. It serves dual functions of "shut-off" and "throttling," making it one of the most widely used and adaptable automated valve types in industrial piping.
