The louver valve is designed for use with an electric actuator. It accepts unit signals for regulation or transmission, automatically controlling the valve opening degree to complete the regulation task. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, and power generation for automatic regulation or control of medium flow rate in piping systems.
Features
- Louver-type, multi-shaft construction
- Shaft bearings feature an assembled structure for easy maintenance
- Sealing packing utilizes flexible graphite with adjustable sealing pressure
- Streamlined valve plate design offers low flow resistance, uniform flow distribution, and low operating torque
- Sensitive action and reliable performance
Operating Principle
The electric actuator drives the synchronous rotation of all valve leaf shafts through a crank and connecting rod mechanism, thereby controlling the valve opening degree and regulating the pipeline flow rate.
