Electric inclined louver valve

Inclined louver valve is supporting the use of electric actuator. When it receives adjusting signal or transmitted unit signal, it will automatically control the opening of valve so as to finish adjusting target. This valve is widely used to control or adjust the medium flow in the pipes automatically in the field of metallurgy, mining, building material, electric power etc.

Features

Dustproof cover is provided at the material outlet in order to avoid dust fly. It adopts electric hydraulic push rod as source of power which replaces air cylinder, so as to save investment. The valve body uses step structure to reduce material flow impact. In addition, the key part of valve body is provided with wear-resistant liner of railing structure, which reduces direct wearing on the liners.

Working principle

The louvers rotate in synchronization with crank and link rod of actuator, so as to control the opening of valve and hence adjust the flow in the pipe.
