The double-layer bar valve is a new type of gate valve developed according to the process requirements of conveying control and feeding of small and medium-sized solid and bulk materials in the building materials, mining, metallurgical and other industries. It is suitable for material control of ≤50mm.
Structural Features
The valve features simple structure, easy operation and no jamming, overcoming the shortcomings of flat gate valves such as large opening and closing force and even failure to close completely due to large material particle sizes. Since the valve is operated by individual bars, it is convenient and flexible to operate. The overall structure is steel-welded, with good rigidity, no deformation, long service life and maintenance-free operation. It is an ideal equipment for controlling small and medium-sized crystalline and bulk materials.
Working Principle
The valve is mainly composed of a frame and bars. When the bars are inserted into the frame, the set of bars forms a parallel grid plate, blocking the bulk material on one side of the gate. If one bar is pulled out, a larger gap appears in the grid plate, allowing material to pass through the gap to the other side of the gate. The number of bars to be pulled out shall be determined according to the process requirements.
