1. TD75 type belt conveyor is used for general purpose, mainly used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, coal, building materials, machinery, food, light industry, hydroelectric, transportation and other departments. It is suitable for conveying bulk materials with various shapes and granularity with specific gravity of 0.5-2.5 ton/m³, and also suitable for conveying piece items.
2. There are 6 kinds of conveying belt width of TD 75 type belt conveyor: 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1400mm.
3. There are two kinds of conveying belt adopted for TD 75 type belt conveyor: ordinary rubber belt and plastic belt, suitable for the working environment within scope of -15℃ ~ +40 ℃. Rubber or plastic belt with feature of oil resisting, acid and alkali resisting shall be adopted when conveying material with content of acidic alkaline, oils and organic solvent.
4. It can be used for horizontal or inclined conveying, when conveyed in inclined upward direction, the allowed maximum dip angle β of different material refer to figure 1, and when conveyed in inclined downward direction, the allowed maximum dip angle is 80% of that value listed in figure 1. Ribbed belt conveyor can be selected and used when dip angle larger than that of figure 1 need to be adopted for conveying.

Operation of belt conveyor
1. No load individual test shall be carried out when commissioning. Rubber belt running condition shall be adjusted and attention shall be paid to each part whether fault occurs during no load operation.
2. After no load test if in good condition, then full load running can be carried out according to regulated capacity and check whether it is in normal operation, and whether there is increase on bearing temperature, and then belt conveyor can be formally put into operation if no adverse phenomenon is found.
3. Conveyor has to be no-load started, and material feeding shall be carried out after equipment start-up, and if more than one conveyor is interlock running, then sequence start-up shall be started from discharging end, but shutdown shall be executed after full completion of material discharging.
4. Oversized rock or other heavy object exceeding required standard shall not be loaded on belt conveyor, otherwise will lead to falling down of objects or damage of machine parts.
5. During material feeding, it's forbidden to make conveyed material fall on belt from overtop height.
6. When several conveyors are in combination use, their electric switches have to be interlocked so as to make the last conveyor shutdown at last.
