Bag cement truck loader makes up of horizontal belt conveyor, outlet bag structure, side chute and middle chute etc. The frame of plain conveyor is used steel plate to have a bending structure. It is very beautiful and stable. Driving device is used cycloid needle reducer and save the room. The way of tension is middle vertical screw tension. Outlet bag device make up of vertical belt conveyor, motorized handspike and frame. When it need not cement bag to outlet in the middle, vertical belt conveyor lays at the side of packing belt conveyor. When it need cement to outlet in the middle, motorized handspike push vertical belt conveyor, cross with packing belt conveyor in lengthways and start vertical belt conveyor. Two wobbling limit position of vertical belt conveyor is arranged limit switch. Locate it by limit switch at work condition and no work condition. Special design chute can make cement bag fall down in the middle of continuous belt conveyor.

Structural Design and Manufacturing Technology

- Overall structural design: Taking the B650-X mobile bagged cement truck loader as an example, it is mainly composed of cantilever beam, feeding conveyor, discharging conveyor, traveling mechanism and electrical control system, etc. The cantilever beam is equipped with an onboard electrical control box, traveling wheels and a hoisting luffing device. The feeding conveyor is responsible for transferring the bagged finished products from the transverse conveying system to the discharging conveyor. The discharging conveyor transfers the bagged finished products onto the truck, and realizes lifting and luffing for bag discharging through the hoisting device. The traveling mechanism drives the whole machine forward and backward.

- Key component manufacturing: Components such as the conveyor belt and rollers of the conveyor shall be made of wear-resistant and tear-resistant materials to withstand the frequent friction and impact of cement bags. The welded parts shall ensure weld quality to prevent defects such as cracks, ensuring the strength and stability of the equipment.


Material Conveying Technology

- Belt conveying technology: The belt conveyor is driven by a motor reducer to convey cement bags from the packaging machine to the loading position. For example, the feeding conveyor and discharging conveyor of the B650-X truck loader convey cement bags at a certain speed through sprocket and chain transmission to achieve loading.

- Automatic bag discharging technology: A bag discharging device is provided at the end of the discharging conveyor. The operator can adjust the discharging height and position of the discharging conveyor through control buttons, so that cement bags are accurately discharged into the truck body.


Automation Control Technology

- Intelligent positioning and tracking technology: Laser or infrared sensors are used to detect and position the truck, ensuring accurate alignment between the loader and the truck. At the same time, encoders and other devices are used for real-time tracking and control of the loader's traveling, lifting and other actions, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the movements.

- PLC control technology: With a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core, logical control is performed on each action of the loader. The PLC can automatically control the operation of the feeding conveyor, discharging conveyor, traveling mechanism and hoisting luffing device according to preset programs, realizing an automated loading process.

- Remote monitoring technology: Some cement truck loaders are equipped with remote monitoring systems. Operators can monitor the operating status of the loader in real time and perform remote operations through computers or mobile phones in the control room, improving loading flexibility and management efficiency.


Dust Collection and Environmental Protection Technology

- Dust suction system: Dust suction hoods are installed at dust-generating points such as the feed inlet and discharge outlet of the loader. Dust is sucked into bag filters or cyclone separators by fans for treatment, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, reducing dust pollution.

- Sealing technology: Sealing treatment is applied to the conveyor belt transfer points, discharge outlets and other parts of the loader to prevent dust leakage. For example, rubber sealing plates, sealing tapes and other materials are used to improve the sealing performance of the equipment and reduce dust emission.


Installation and Commissioning Process

- Installation process: First, pour the concrete foundation according to the installation requirements of the loader, ensuring that the flatness and bearing capacity of the foundation meet the equipment requirements. Then, install each component in sequence according to the installation manual, connect the electrical circuits and pipelines, and conduct commissioning and trial operation. During installation, attention shall be paid to ensuring that parameters such as belt tension, roller parallelism and perpendicularity meet the requirements to ensure normal operation of the equipment.

- Commissioning process: After installation, commissioning is carried out, including electrical system commissioning, conveyor belt commissioning, traveling mechanism commissioning and hoisting luffing device commissioning. Electrical system commissioning mainly checks the working status of each electrical component and whether the control program is correct. Conveyor belt commissioning requires adjustment of the belt speed and deviation. Traveling mechanism commissioning requires checking whether the traveling stability and speed meet the requirements. Hoisting luffing device commissioning requires ensuring that the lifting action of the discharging conveyor is flexible and accurate.


Maintenance and Servicing Process

- Routine maintenance: Regularly check the operating status of the equipment, including wear of the conveyor belt, rotational flexibility of the rollers, and whether the connections of electrical components are loose. Clean the dust and debris on the equipment surface, check the oil level and lubrication condition of each lubrication point, and replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner.

- Periodic maintenance: Carry out comprehensive maintenance of the equipment according to the specified maintenance cycles. For example, regularly replace severely worn conveyor belts, rollers, bearings and other components; perform inspections and repairs on motors, reducers and other equipment, clean internal oil stains and impurities, and check the wear of gears and bearings; conduct inspection and maintenance of the electrical system, clean dust from electrical components, tighten terminal connections, and check insulation performance, etc.
