MF Raw Meal Silo

Air distributor and six root chute are adopted inside MF silo to discharge raw meal into silo radially to basically form level material layer. Silo bottom is cone type slightly tilted toward the center, and there is a central mixing chamber in center. Silo bottom between central chamber and silo wall is divided into 6-14 aeration zones with 3 aeration chutes and 3 discharge ports for each zone to take turns at aerating 2 opposite zones during raw meal discharging. There are multi-strand hopper depressions over discharging ports, and hoppers are arranged in a row along diameter and hopper angle will be rotated along with aeration exchange in this way not only to generate gravity mixing, but also to re-homogenize the raw meal through continuous aeration on central chamber bottom after raw meal being discharged into central chamber. Because the homogenizing principle of this kind silo is based on material flowing hopper gravity mixing as the main means therefore with less power consumption, and energy consumption is only 0.432 ~ 0.576Mj/t with homogenizing value H reaching 7-10. This system is with advantage of high efficiency, energy saving, lower construction investment as well as easy operation and management.
