IBAU homogenized silo is applied continuous homogenization technology of Germany IBAU Company, which is widely used in cement industry through domestic design. There is a big cone in the middle of bottom silo. The weight of raw material in silo is passed to silo wall by cone. There are 6 aerating zones that are inclined to the center with 10 degree in circular room of bottom silo. Every aerating zone has one outlet mouth. Separate material layer with radial reduce pressure cone at the top of outlet. Not allow material flow from the top go into outlet mouth directly. Raw material of complete circular zone will have above two material poles with the gravity of horizontal material layer flow from up to down. Flow toward outlet mouth through material convection of two sides of outlet mouth. Mixing silo is arranged on the cone. After raw material circulation of all zones is mixed, homogenize through continuous and violent mixture. The rate if homogenization is 6 to 8. Power consumption is 0.1 to 0.2kw/t.
