Electric Turning Chute

The electric turning chute is mainly used for the turning transfer of bagged materials during conveying, from one conveyor belt to another conveyor belt perpendicular to it on the lower layer. During operation, the swing arm opens to change the traveling direction of the moving bagged material, directing it to the rubber belt conveyor on the lower layer.

Technical Requirements

1. The arrow in view A indicates the direction of cement bags conveyed from the B800 rubber belt conveyor through the electric turning chute to the B650 rubber belt truck loader.

2. Cement bags entering the electric turning chute from the B800 rubber belt conveyor must be loaded in-line; crosswise bags are not permitted.

3. Limit switches shall be installed on site.

4. The connecting holes between the connecting frame and the B800 rubber belt conveyor frame are 26-φ12, to be drilled on site during installation, and the corresponding idlers of the belt conveyor shall be removed.
