The upper end of the middle of the valve body is provided with a connecting flange and a packing groove; the lower end of the valve stem is connected with the driving device fixed on the bracket through the packing groove; It is characterized in that a regulating valve is arranged in the circular flow channel of the sphere, the regulating valve comprises a circular valve disc installed in the circular flow channel of the sphere, and the lower end of the valve stem passes through the shaft hole on the upper end of the sphere and is connected with the keyway on the upper end of the circular valve disc, There is a positioning shaft between the lower end of the circular valve disc and the bottom of the circular flow channel of the sphere; the shaft hole at the upper end of the sphere is composed of an upper shaft hole, a middle shaft hole and a lower shaft hole, wherein the diameter of the upper shaft hole is larger than the diameter of the lower shaft hole . The valve opening control circuit includes a first relay, a valve opening button and a valve opening travel switch. One end of the first relay coil is connected to the common end of the power supply, and the other end is connected to the power supply through a series branch composed of a normally closed switch and a valve opening button. The other end is connected; the valve closing control circuit includes a second relay, a valve closing button and a valve closing travel switch, one end of the coil of the second relay is connected to the common end of the power supply, and the other end is connected through a series branch consisting of a normally closed switch and a valve closing button. The circuit is connected to the other end of the power supply; the flow regulation control circuit includes a third relay, an intermediate relay and a time relay, and one end of the third relay coil, one end of the intermediate relay coil and one end of the time relay coil are connected to the common terminal of the power supply; the intermediate relay coil is connected to the common terminal of the power supply; The other end is connected to the other end of the power supply through the series branch composed of the adjustment button and the normally open switch of the valve opening travel switch, and the series branch composed of the normally open contact of the intermediate relay and the normally closed contact of the adjustment position switch is connected to the other end of the power supply. The two ends of the adjustment button are connected in parallel; the other end of the time relay coil is connected to the other end of the power supply through another normally open contact of the intermediate relay, and the two ends of the electromagnetic controller coil are connected in parallel with both ends of the time relay coil; the third relay coil The other end of the relay is connected to the other end of the power supply through the closing contact of the delay relay, and the other three normally open contacts of the third relay and the other three normally open contacts of the second relay are connected in parallel to the motor power circuit of the electrical equipment.

The advantages of the electric flow valve are: the electric flow valve is set in the circular flow channel of the sphere; when the valve is fully opened, the flow needs to be adjusted, the valve stem is pressed to compress the spring, and the axial flat key on the valve stem is separated from the inner wall of the upper shaft hole. The axial keyway enters the inner cavity of the central shaft hole, so that the valve stem is separated from the sphere; when the valve stem rotates, the circular valve flap rotates to adjust the flow area of ​​the circular flow channel of the sphere, thereby realizing flow regulation.
