  After a company's annual output value of 500,000 tons of t ore ballast cement processing line was put into operation, it was disturbed by the self-flow phenomenon of fine powder materials. Analysis of the reasons for the homogenization library:

When the material is unloaded from the homogenizer, more high-pressure gas remains. Material and high pressure gas are mixed into the unloading measuring device. Under the dual action of weight and air pressure, the state of movement speed changes, causing the metering value to flicker.

When the high-pressure air filter enters the air box at the bottom of the homogenizer, when the bottom of the material vibrates violently, it will cause the material to fluidize and form the material.

After analyzing and summarizing the previous measures of homogenization, the company has made improvements.

Efforts should be made to reduce the gas content in the material and eliminate the strong driving effect of high-pressure gas on the flow of the material. Once the gas has entered the bottom of the garage, it is difficult to clear the discharge metering system. Therefore, a vane roller is installed on the lower part of the screw gate to maintain a gap of about 2mm between the vane and the inner wall of the housing. In this way, when the wheel rotates, the continuity of the airflow in the material will be destroyed, and the gas in the material will be discharged through the top of the silo for dust removal, so as to play the role of air lock. At the same time, due to the characteristics of the blade structure, it plays the role of uniform material supply.

In order to enhance the stabilization effect, a conical stabilization silo is added to the lower part of the blade feeder. The warehouse is equipped with a device called a non-metering device, which can realize an automatic control chain with the blade feeder to achieve automatic dosing of the feed. There are multiple exhaust filter filters on the top of the stable material warehouse, which can discharge the small amount of gas remaining in the material. Although the volume of the stable material warehouse is only about 1m, the stable water flow effect is obvious after using the chain of the wheel feeder.

During this conversion process, only the original unloading device of the homogenizer was removed, and there was no change to the screw feeder and screw electronic scale.

After 8 months of improvement, the raw material flow is uniform, fast and stable, and there is no phenomenon of punching. The dynamic metering and proportional errors of cement and slag micropowder are kept within 3 to meet production requirements.
