Air chute conveying is a conveying device that uses air to make solid particles flow down the chute in a fluidized state. The air conveying chute is composed of two upper and lower slots, and a special wear-resistant chemical fiber material is used as a breathable layer to separate the upper and lower slots. This breathable layer doubles the life of the old-fashioned chute breathable cloth. When the high-pressure air enters the lower trough and enters through the breathable layer, the material in the upper trough is in a fluid state and flows under the action of gravity to achieve the purpose of conveying.

The air conveying chute may be blocked during use. The specific reasons are summarized as follows:

(1) Because the grate gap of the sieve plate of the grinding tail is too large, the slag discharge of the rotary screen is not clear, and a lot of iron slag and small sections in the grinding material enter the air conveying chute. The air permeability of the breathable layer is not good, and it is difficult for the blown air to fully fluidize the material, which is difficult to convey, resulting in blockage.

(2) Due to the low temperature of the clinker entering the grinding mill, the water cooling of the mill is uncomfortable; the amount of water sprayed in the mill is large; the cylinder of the mill is sprayed with water, and the water infiltrates from the loose bolts, and the excess free water hydrates part of the cement. The grinding material itself has a large moisture content. All of these will cause the ventilation layer of the air conveying chute to have poor ventilation performance and be easily blocked.

(3) Because the air conveying chute is not tightly sealed and there is a lot of air leakage, the material cannot be fully fluidized, and the conveying is difficult, resulting in blockage.

(4) Due to the rupture of the perforated plate in the air conveying chute and the gap between the perforated plates, a part of the air blown by the fan is ejected from the rupture or the gap to form an air column, and the material is blocked here and accumulates more and more. Causes the air chute to become clogged.

(5) Due to the small installation inclination of the air conveying chute, the material flow in the chute is slow. A sudden change in the nature of the material being conveyed or a sudden decrease in the air volume and pressure can easily block the air chute.

(6) Due to the untimely exhaust of the upper tank of the air conveying chute, there is more residual air above the material in the tank, and the upper tank is not under zero pressure or slight negative pressure, but has a certain positive pressure, resulting in The material is under downward pressure, the material is not suspended, and it is not easy to be evenly distributed or fluidized, resulting in blockage of the chute.

(7) Since there is a large amount of material in the air conveying chute during parking, the temperature of the material drops after parking, and condensation occurs, and the material is viscous and does not diverge. After start-up, the material flow in the chute is not smooth, and the conveying is difficult, resulting in blockage.
